My name is Kimberley Vallon (formerly Orth) and I am the leader of the Key Time Team with Tri County Realty Group. I am so excited to share with you who I am and what I have to offer when it comes to guiding you through one of the most pivotal moments of your life, buying/selling your home! 

I am a mom of three amazing girls. I understand the delicate balance between work and home life and can relate to most parents out there about what is important in a new home or what you need to gain in selling your current to enhance your finances for your children. You are always welcome to bring children on appointments and not have to worry about judgement or embarrassment. I understand how it is!!! Family always comes first, and you will find throughout this process that I will treat your family with the same respect and care I do my own. 

I have spent 6+yrs in the real estate industry so I have seen and successfully closed a variety of transactions. Whether you are relocating, retiring, building, buying a vacation home, investing in a flip/rental, selling or buying your very first home, I have seen and successfully closed many transactions in every aspect of real estate. I pride myself in being in this business with an overall goal to make a positive impression on people's lives. Buying a home is more than an investment and should be taken seriously in multiple aspects.
