We happily handle all aspects of the property from start to finish. Services in the property management package include but are not limited to: advertising on the internet, rental signage, receiving and responding to all phone calls, schedule and perform all showings, tenant background searches, credit check and screenings, tenant placement, lease signing, move-ins, rent collection throughout the term of the lease, late rent notices, rental payment tracking and statements for the owners, year-end statements for taxes with all expenses itemized, management of repairs and service contracts, property inspections when requested or needed, 5-day court notices, all court filings, we will appear in court for you and supply all needed court documents, eviction process, all move out inspections, handle move in maintenance and repairs, township rental inspections, etc. All of these processes are included in the property management fee at no additional cost. Full management services allow the owner to have as much or as little involvement as they desire.

Pricing for full management is generally 10% of the monthly rent, and one-half month’s rent is charged each time a new tenant is acquired.
